Established as a stylist 35 years ago, Amy strives to help clients become the most beautiful version of themselves. Her approach is to listen and understand the unique needs of each client in order to customize and create a look that matches the clients personality and lifestyle. Amy's experience focuses on the art of hair design and hair color including techniques like balayage, color melting and glossing, coloring stubborn gray hair, single and multi-dimensional hair coloring, smoothing treatments, scissor and razor hair cutting, cutting curly hair, detailed men's cuts and beards, dry hair cutting, blowouts, braids, wedding and special occasion styles and waxing.
Amy's focus is to educate her clients on how to maintain healthy hair while keeping the desired look. Continually working to broaden her artistry, she attends many advance classes on current trends. Her education history includes training at local classes and seminars in the Milwaukee area, Madison, Appleton, Lake Geneva, and Chicago. She has seen platform artists including Nick Arrojo, Dereck Zeno, Rodika Hristu, Christopher Dove, John Simpson, Candy Shaw, Wayne Grund, Jamison Shaw, Martin Parsons and more in places like America's Beauty Show annually in Chicago, Goldwell Academy in Baltimore, Goldwell Trend Zoom in Mexico and Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and most recently in New Hampshire at the All-Nutrient headquarters for their Tech Training Certification. Family is very important to Amy. She is the youngest of nine children including six sisters and two brothers. Amy has been married to her husband, Duane for 32 years and they have two amazing children, Amanda, 27, and Robert, 24. They live in Germantown, WI and in her free time she enjoys reading, sewing, golfing, family time, going for walks and relaxing.
